SHIPPING POLICY
We use third party vendors to send your parcel. You will receive a tracking notification once it has been sent.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are unhappy with the product, if it has spoiled or is in any way unsatisfactory we will provide a refund apon return of the product(s). The client is however responsible for the shipping payment. It can be sent via Paxi, Pudo or Postnet. Please send us an email and we will attend to it soonest.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, except if explicitly stated in the product page. (Kroonolie has a 30-day guarantee) Please send us an email to carla@ovet.co.za.
