Delivery

We deliver anywhere in South Africa. Orders are carefully packed and generally dispatched within 2 business days. As we’re based in the Klein Karoo, away from major courier hubs, delivery can take up to 9 business days, depending on where you are.

Pudo locker: R70
Collect from a Pudo locker near you. Choose your preferred locker in the cart, and you’ll receive an SMS when your parcel is ready.

Courier to your door: R95
Delivered to your home or office. Tracking details are sent once your parcel is on its way.

Collect in De Rust: free
Collect on weekdays between 09:00 and 16:00. Your order will be ready within 2 business days, and we’ll WhatsApp you the address and a time.

Free delivery on orders of R650 or more, by Pudo locker or courier.

We want you to love your O, VET! skincare. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll work with you to find a solution, whether that’s a refund or a replacement.

Kroonolie hair oil comes with a money-back guarantee: if you’re not satisfied, you’ll receive a full refund within 30 days.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, spoiled or incorrect, please let us know and we’ll make it right.

Because our products are handmade without stabilisers, their texture can vary slightly from batch to batch, and balms firm up in cold weather. This is natural and not a fault.

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility, where permitted by law. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
